Office Space
Make a home for your business with a private office. Whether it’s just you or you and a team, Legacy has the right size office space for your needs. All of our offices have free WiFi, mail service, access to conference rooms, and of course, coffee. Choose your package, choose your office, and get to work!
Upgrade your space with our different membership packages and add-on services. While we offer a traditional type of lease, our specialty is the Concierge Executive Membership which sets us apart from conventional office buildings. This particular membership brings you an unmatched level of service, perks, and amenities, all included with your plan.
Virtual Office
Sometimes, you don’t want to use your home address for your business listing. Legacy offers a Virtual Office option which allows you to rent a mailbox at Legacy Work Spaces’ office, where you can receive your business mail. The best part is, you don’t have to physically be in our building to use the Virtual Office service. All you need to do is register your business with our workspace address and your Legacy Work Spaces mailing address, and your company benefits from having an address in College Station, or Houston, Tx.
Meeting Rooms
Impress your clients, hold memorable workshops, or deliver a winning pitch in our fully-serviced meeting spaces. Book a conference room by the hour, through our online booking software, and our dedicated team will be on hand to ensure your meeting runs smoothly. Take advantage of video conferencing tools, display your presentation on the large flat screen smart TV, and do some brainstorming on the rolling whiteboards. Members have several hours of allotted conference room reservation time during the week, based on their specific membership package.
Not a member? No problem! You can reserve the meeting rooms by setting an appointment with our front desk professional. Non-members pay an hourly and/or daily rate for conference room reservation privileges.
Coworking Space
Coworking spaces give fluid freelancers the form and versatility in which to thrive. If a private office is more space than you require, Legacy Work Spaces offers a flexible shared desk solution, perfect for working on the go. You can use the coworking space whenever you need it throughout the week. Whether you only need a few hours of quiet time to get work done or you’re a digital nomad just passing through the area, Legacy Work Spaces has options to accommodate your budget and your work style.
Our Triple C package includes monthly access to the Coworking zone, conference room reservation time, and delicious coffee collection privileges starting at only $99 per month.
Copy and Print Technology
Legacy isn't just for workspaces! For both tenant partners and non-tenant partners, we offer high-level, high-volume printing, scanning, and technology services. Legacy will be able to print or copy (in large quantities) things such as scans, PDFs, invitations, flyers, flyers for mass distribution, architectural blueprints, and plans in larger sizes.
In-Home/In-Business Technology Support (Legacy Club)
Do you feel like your home or business gets hit with technological or networking issues from time to time? Would you love the peace of mind of knowing someone has your back with making sure your home and business technology is always functional and working to its maximum capabilities? Legacy's monthly Tech Membership gives you the peace of mind of never having to worry when hardware or networking issues go out. Your plan membership will mean we will send the appropriate personnel out to your home or business to troubleshoot your computer, hardware, networking, printer, wiring, Wi-Fi, and television challenges. In many cases, we'll get a tech out the same day to get you back up and going as fast as possible. Keep in mind that this service is actually included in the Legacy Executive Partner Membership so when you get that membership, you're getting a phenomenal value!
