Legacy Work Spaces is more than an office building. We are a professional work environment where you can focus on growing your business and leave the small details to us. Legacy fuses all of your desired office space amenities with common sense plans that accommodate virtually any type of small business needs, whether it’s long-term or short-term, at pricing that enables you to reinvest your hard-earned money into other levels of your business.

We were founded and opened in October of 2017 in College Station, TX. We have won Best of the Brazos for 4 years running for Best Office Space. Legacy Work Spaces is a member of the Bryan College Station Chamber of Commerce. College Station Legacy Workspaces location has 30 suburban upscale private offices, a sizeable and fresh coworking space, two executive conference rooms, a shaded patio area, reserved parking, and a private executive pantry.

Our characteristic tenant partners are small businesses, attorneys, architects, counselors, therapists, educational, home builders, CPAs, techs, start-ups, home office away from home, realtors and real estate professionals, insurance specialists, marketing, and more. 

Our Houston, TX, location is slated to completed in the spring of 2024 and will service the Richmond/Katy area. Forward thinking and fresh design plans include 28 suburban upscale private offices, coworking spaces, two conference rooms, plus amenities such as reserved parking, electric vehicle charging stations, free essential office supplies, and much more. 

Both the College Station and Houston locations have multifaceted front desk personnel who will help you lease the ideal workspace, schedule and support your amenities reservations, and provide you and your clients with the professionalism and attention you deserve. Our talented team of onsite professionals manage the facility’s administration, property upkeep, and can even provide notary services and help tenants with technology issues. Our Richmond location will also provide commercial-level printing, scanning, and technology services as well as small business and home technology support.

1HOW IS LEGACY DIFFERENT THAN OTHER OFFICE SPACES?
Other office spaces generally just offer tenants four walls and a key. At Legacy, we are combining modern, sleek, and stylish offices with hospitality and concierge-type services and amenities to create the ultimate business-class office experience. In addition to this, we offer coworking spaces for your fluid business needs. For those that do not need a dedicated office space, the Coworking plan offers you the ability to still get things done in a professional office environment, with the added bonus to maybe even get inspired by other members within the coworking space!

2WHAT IS THE STREET ADDRESS MAIL RECEIVING SERVICE ALL ABOUT?
Aside from the extraordinary office suites, we also offer a mail receiving service that allows you to lease a box from us and get your mail delivered here. What are the benefits of doing this, you ask? The mail receiving service is a really convenient tool for people who want to continue working from home but do not want to expose their personal home mailing address. Using this nailing system is a smart way to protect your personal information and privacy while still allowing you to preform your normal business tasks. When you have mail sent to our location instead of your home office, your address might read something like:

When customers or clients do a Google search of your address they’ll see a professional and modern office complex instead of your home address. Our mail plans may also come with the use of our conference room.
3WHAT LEVEL OF SECRETARIAL SERVICES ARE WE TALKING ABOUT UNDER THE EXECUTIVE PLAN?
At Legacy, you will feel like you have a secretary working with you. Our secretarial services include walking your guests back to your office suite or conference room, if you’d like. Also included is bringing you and/or your guests (either in your office or in the conference room) beverages and snacks kept stocked in your executive pantry. We may also do small-level copying, shredding, meeting planning in our facility, and other concierge-type tasks. Need something specific? Just ask!
4WHAT EXACTLY IS COWORKING SPACE?
Many people feel like they are most motivated and inspired when they are in a shared space work environment. Many of the world’s biggest start-ups have actually found their beginnings in coworking spaces where founders met other entrepreneurs and shared ideas. Many “coworkers” even ended up collaborating on these projects and writing amazing success stories. Our coworking area is a budget-friendly workspace option whether you need the space for a day or longer. You will enjoy access to a modern cubiform style desk setting with first-come-first-served seating, WiFi access, a delicious and energizing coffee & tea bar, and above all, the opportunity to network with other business-minded people just like you!
5DO YOU PROVIDE BREAKFAST?
If you need a pick-me-up, Executive members will have exclusive access to the executive pantry, stocked with single-serve breakfast, lunch, or anytime quick-foods for your convenience!
6WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ASSISTANCE WITH MARKETING AND PR?
For our executive-level members only, every quarter we will provide you with a marketing and public relations expert to coach you and your business on how to increase sales, how to network, how to improve your social media presence, and any other pointers we can give you on maximizing your business success. We’ll also give you a shout-out on our own Facebook page so that our followers can be made aware of what your company is all about. Remember, we are not just four walls and a door, we want you to grow and we want you to one day look back and say “Legacy Suites & Solutions” was a big part of my growth.
7WHAT KIND OF FRONT DOOR ACCESS AND SUITE ACCESS WILL I HAVE?
Executive Flex, Executive, and Traditional Office Suite tenants have access to the building and their office 24/7/365.
8HOW WILL THE RESERVED PARKING WORK FOR THE EXECUTIVE LEVEL? WHAT SPOTS?
Each suite with executive membership will be allowed one reserved parking spot. For our Executive’s convenience, there are reserved spaces in the back of the building as well as the front. Executive parking is first come first served, and your signage will be put in over the reserved sign you wish for depending on availability.
9HOW WILL INTERNET SERVICES BE BILLED?
Internet is included with your executive or traditional membership plan. There is no additional cost!
10WILL WE BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE WI-FI FROM THE CONFERENCE ROOM? WILL THE WI-FI BE WIRED IN THE OFFICES? WHAT IS THE INTERNET SPEED?
Yes, and yes. Internet speed is 200 (Super Fast) Mbps throughout Legacy. This goes for tenants of all membership levels.
1HOW ARE OTHER UTILITIES BILLED?
Utilities are included in your rent which is great for budgeting! You won’t have to deal with the fluctuating pricing for electricity, water, sewer, garbage, city fees, etc. We built-in these utility expenses to allow running your business to remain your primary focus. We will do the rest.
2HOW MANY EXECUTIVE MEMBERS PER SUITE ARE PERMITTED?
Each suite is allowed one executive membership at the rate shown. Amenities like reserved parking, walk-back service, marketing assistance, and mailbox keys cannot be assigned to additional members of a single suite. However, some amenities such as access to the executive pantry might be purchased for additional suite members for a nominal monthly charge.
3WHAT KIND OF CLEANING SERVICES ARE OFFERED?
For traditional leases, we provide once-a-week trash empty and vacuum. Executive-Level members received double cleaning services, so twice-a-week trash empty and vacuum services.
4HOW WILL THE CONFERENCE & EXECUTIVE REC ROOM TIMES BE SCHEDULED?
Depending on how many hours of allotted conference room or rec room time are in your plan, these amenities are scheduled on a first come first served principle. When you lease us, we will give you specific instructions detailing how to use the online reservation system. Cancellations are allowed and you can have those hours back if they go unused in that given month however, reservation hours do not roll over to the next month.
5WHAT'S THE EXECUTIVE REC ROOM & HOW CAN I USE IT?
This room is reserved for our executive-level members only who need to unwind, watch television, play video games, or even host team-building exercises or events. This can be reserved per your monthly plan, or it can be used by you and your employees just to get away for a game of billiards or maybe some PlayStation. We will even allow you to host some limited types of events if you’d like. All of this is included in your membership.
6CAN I USE THE CONFERENCE ROOM FOR SMALL GATHERINGS OR LUNCHEONS?
Yes, provided that you clean up after the event it takes place within normal business hours (unless you get written permission from Legacy Work Spaces), and follow a couple of other requirements. If you’re an Executive member, we may even help you plan and set it up if you’d like.
7IF I HAVE MY OWN FURNITURE, HOW DOES THAT WORK?
You are welcome to furnish your office with your own furniture items. You will need to move your furnishings in and out of the office space as Legacy Work Stations does not provide moving services. Be sure to share with the Legacy Work Stations professional your furnishing plans as renting our furnishings does affect the rate.
8IF I’M DOING A MAILBOX PLAN (MAIL PLUS OR MAIL STANDARD) WHAT KIND OF ACCESS WILL I HAVE TO MY MAILBOX AND THE CONFERENCE ROOM?
You will have access to your mailbox during normal business hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please be aware, holidays may affect mailbox access availability. If you are a Mail Plus member, you will have access to the conference room for four hours per month. The conference room is scheduled on a first-come-first-served principle and reserved through our online reservation system. Please contact a Legacy Professional for additional assistance with reservations. Availability is cannot be guaranteed, however, we will apply our best effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. Mail Standard members do not have access to the conference space as a part of their plan. They are welcome to reserve the conference space, pending availability, for an hourly or daily rate by contacting a Legacy Professional for details.
9IS THERE ANY WAY TO RENT AN OFFICE SUITE FOR A VERY SHORT TERM? LIKE DAILY OR WEEKLY?
Renting office space for the short term depends on each Legacy location’s unique availability, but yes, this might be possible. Please call our Legacy Professionals to discuss.
10WHEN ARE LOCATIONS IN OTHER MARKETS OPENING?
We are slated to open our Richmond, Texas (servicing Richmond/Katy/Houston areas) in the spring of 2024 in. Additional expansions are planned for the markets of The Woodlands (Houston Area), Sugar Land (Houston Area), Allen (DFW Area), McKinney (DFW Area), Frisco (DFW Area), and Waco Texas. After that, the sky’s the limit!

    I recently had two very important meetings in College Station. I don't have an office and I really didn't want to do this meeting sitting in a Starbucks trying to use a laptop. I found out I could rent a conference room for the day from Legacy. It ended up being way more professional than I even thought it would be. I was able to use the large screen in the conference room for my presentation. The staff was extremely professional and took care of me and my guests. They made me look great! I didn’t even miss the coffee, they had several different flavors and it was as good as Starbucks and included.
